Per Quesadilla

  • 2 tortillas (store bought or you can make your own)
  • 1/3 cup baked beans
  • 1/3 cup grated cheese



  1. Heat a large fry pan for 2 minutes on medium to high
  2. Add a tortilla to the pan and working quickly spread baked beans and cheese (leaving a 2cm rim with no ingredients), top with second tortilla
  3. Cook on one side till golden (about 3 minutes)
  4. Carefully and quickly, flip quesadilla
  5. Cook other side for another 3 minutes
  6. Take off heat, cut and serve with some salad

As you continue to make them, you may need to turn heat on fry pan down so they don’t burn



Try any fillings. Leftovers work great! Or fried egg. Here is another one of our favs.
